Which facial is right for my skin type?
Every facial at Vellure is fully customized to your skin’s needs. Whether you’re dealing with dryness, acne, aging, or dullness, our providers will assess your skin and recommend the best treatment during your visit. For deeper rejuvenation, we may recommend enzyme peels or LED therapy add-ons.
What’s the difference between a facial and a peel?
Facials focus on cleansing, hydrating, and maintaining skin health, often with massage and relaxing elements. Peels use active ingredients or enzymes to exfoliate and stimulate cellular renewal. At Vellure, many of our facials include enzyme-based peels for enhanced results with no downtime.
Is there downtime after a chemical peel or enzyme facial?
Most facials and enzyme peels involve little to no downtime — you can return to your normal routine right away. The Perfect Derma™ Peel, our medical-grade chemical peel, may involve visible peeling for 2–4 days, with final results appearing within a week.
How often should I get a facial or peel?
For general skin maintenance, we recommend a facial every 4–6 weeks. More advanced peels may be spaced every few months. Your provider will help you build a schedule based on your goals and skin condition.
Can I combine facials with other treatments like Botox or NeoGen PSR?
Yes! Many of our clients combine facials with injectables or skin resurfacing for more comprehensive results. We can help you time your treatments for maximum effectiveness and minimal sensitivity.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
